Warren Zevon wrote Reconsider Me. Jimmy really wanted her to put it on the record (I think Rock a Little ) She wasn't having it. He was one of the great song writers of our generation.

Get a room(that's not on fire, or with flaming walls)!

Look, don’t get me wrong- Stevie Nicks is still the most important person in the world. She is an enchantress, a legend, the Queen of Rock and Roll and the first woman to be inducted into the RRHOF TWICE. She can do no wrong and never will. But Everyday sucks LOL. So does When I See You Again and several others. But if the songs weren’t good, we all know it’s Lindsey’s fault.
I want Stevie and Dolly Parton to tour together! They could sing Islands in the Stream and Stop Dragging My Heart together. I’m serious- that is a concert that I would go to even with Covid still here! |

You could be right about Stevie not being able to handle Dolly getting more attention, but I’d like to think that two people, and especially two women, post #MeToo and women power and everything, could tour together and be happy for the other’s success. I know it’s completely unrealistic to think such a tour would happen, but it would be a riot if they did. Imagine- Dolly singing Gold Dust Woman LOL! Stevie singing Nine to Five LOL! I’m picturing stadiums here! |

I think in recent years the only shows Stevie played with people bigger than her was the Rod Stewart tour and a show in Hawaii she opened for Aerosmith. (I guess 2007 Super Bowl too. She performed in the pregame) |

Growing up in Indiana, didn't you bale both hay and chiffon?

I didn’t know Stevie ever opened for Aerosmith once. Interesting. And the Super Bowl pregame show you mentioned, I never knew about that either. That really surprises me! Do you remember what she performed for that, and who else performed? |
