He seems to have given it up by 1977 if not by late-1975, but early on Lindsey played slide:
Quote:
"Stephanie" is three instruments (acoustic guitar, keyboard, electric guitar) and sounds more like a Lindsey solo project. Does anyone know (or can anyone else tell) whether Lindsey plays slide on "Stephanie" "Crying In The Night" (single mix) or anything else other than the above ("Get Like You Used To Be," "Monday Morning" studio, and "Monday Morning" live Buckingham-Nicks)? I think I hear slide guitar at 2:21-2:25 on this alternate studio version (10/19/78) of "Beautiful Child" from the deluxe Tusk set: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NqeGhHv46CM
