"What's the World Coming To?" is a song I listen to more and more thesedays. Seems to fit my mood during the whole chaos of 2016.

I think this is some of their most creative work.

Plus, we finally get to hear 'The Tower'.

This album should be included in a remastered box set like Dave Stewart did with the Eurythmics albums.

I was quite happy with SYW, just as I'd be happy with new material from them. I thought SYW was quite high quality, even if the overall record was oddly sequenced and at times uneven. I was still grateful to get it, just as I was grateful to get IN THE MEANTIME. That, to me, was equally relevant and engaging. New music is the key. You'll never get a complaint from me about them releasing any.

Say You Will has the best mixing I have ever heard. Listening to that album with a high quality head-set is like being shot through a galaxy of instruments and musical beauty.

I could really do with someone remastering FM's old work like that... The songs are classic, of course, but they sound really flat compared to modern music. Storms, etc. must sound so beautiful if the instruments didn't sound like they came from one "channel". On SYW everything comes from different directions, it's like standing in the middle of the recording. Amazing.

wow, to each listener their own. But I don't hear that o SYW. I hear it on Rumours and very much on Tusk.

There's always gonna be a difference between analog and digital recordings. What's interesting is that you find the over-produced sound of Say You Will more pleasing than the bands older, more "warmer" sounding records. Rumours and Tusk are definitely raw compared to SYW (or even Tango In The Night)... but that also makes for a more interesting listening experience to me. I think they are more beautiful to listen to than Say You Will. I think perhaps you're picking up more on the method in which Say You Will was mixed more than anything else. But hey, listen to the 5.1 mix(es) of Tusk and Rumours and get back to me.

Say You Will is one of my favourite albums, but it would be a great shame if the last ever Fleetwood Mac album was one lacking any contribution from the band's first female member.

I know that I will still do all I can to get tickets to the 2017 tour, even if they neglect to release any new music to tour behind. Seeing them in 2015 was amazing and I immediately wanted to do it again.

It seems silly to me to have the bones of a new album prepared and not take the final steps to make it ready for public release. We already know that they have at least eight practically finished songs, really only lacking Stevie's vocals. Some albums are only ten songs long (and a few albums are only eight songs!), so there really isn't that much work left to do.

I have a bit of a silly dream that one day I will release an album, hopefully as part of a band. I write song lyrics and have been learning piano, including song writing techniques. I know that if I had the talents and skills of any one of the five members of Fleetwood Mac, there is no way my songs would be sitting of the shelf for four years.
