From Mick's Twitter- he's playing with his Blues Band in Colorado this September. Looks like Fleetwood Mac activity is off the cards this year.

"Little Freddie King"? Is that Freddie King's son? King Sr. was the guy who had a major influence on Christine McVie. King's piano player, Sonny Thompson, was Christine's inspiration to learn how to play the blues on piano.

They aren't/weren't related.
I think another of Christines big influences was Fats Domino.
