Default Could we get Box Sets of Bella Donna and The Wild Heart?

Tusk and Mirage only sold two million copies a piece. Bella Donna sold almost 5 million and The Wild Heart sold 2 million. They are just as deserving of Box Sets as Tusk and Mirage in their own way.

Why doesn't Stevie do anything special with her special albums? She should be promoting them too, not just Fleetwood Mac stuff. She is not going to live forever.

Someone please talk to Stevie about doing a couple of Box Sets.

I've always toyed with this idea, my ideal package would be:

BELLA DONNA

Disc1 = Remastered original album
Disc 2 = Alternate outtakes (Bella Donna take 2, sparse Leather and lace, the Highwayman take 2 -with audible Don-, Stop Draggin my heart around take 26, Edge of Seventeen take 20, How still my love take 2-4, Outside the rain take 21-22, alternate Think about it, After the glitter fades, Kind of woman)
Disc 3-4 = Unreleased Demos (Castaway, Insider, Baby doll, If you were my love, If you ever did believe, Belle Fleur, Gypsy, Starshine, So sad, Sanctuary, Blue lamp, The dealer, Gold and braid, Julia)
Remastered DVD of the full HBO show.

WILD HEART
Disc1 = Remastered original album
Disc 2 = Alternate Outtakes (If anyone Falls, Nightbird and Wild heart with the extended ending, Wild heart photoshoot version, rocking Sable on Blond, Nothing ever changes, Beauty and the beast, Stand Back, Gate and garden, I will run to you and Enchanted alternates)
Disc 3 = Unreleased Demos (All the beautiful worlds, Destiny, Violet and Blue, Belle Fleur, Dial the number, Julia, Garbo, Gold and braid, Goodbye baby, City of hope)
Remastered DVD of the full Pro-shot Landover show.

Yes! Some of my favourite songs didn't make the albums - Blue Lamp, Babydoll, Violet and Blue, Gold & Braid, All the Beautiful Worlds... I really wish there was a clearer recording of All the Beautiful Worlds back when her voice was like that

This is my HOLY GRAIL of "Stevie on film". I would kill to have this whole concert special. All of it was definitely filmed because we got the outtake of "Leather & Lace" on the I Can't Wait VHS video comp. And in the "Sometimes It's A Bitch" video comp, there is definitely more footage - Stevie dancing around wearing a flower wreath for example. I would bet that's either from "Angel" or "Think About It".

It was my understanding that they never filmed this whole show, and that what we have seen is actually all that was filmed. There was a user, either here in this forum or in the Rumours forum that had said something about working for that ampitheatre. He said, back in the 80's, they stopped filming entire concerts and would only film about half a show simply so that they could have some sort of footage for media. I could be mistaken though...and I hope I am.

Actually Mike Bise last year updated some upgrades of "Preserved Acetates" and All The Beautiful Worlds was among them, you can find it here: http://stevienicksivorykeys.blogspot...inning_76.html

That's exactly what kept my hopes up. It's time they take it out from the vaults, and after all isn't it that the mantra of Stevie's latest career?

I didn't know that, I only know by her own ammission that Stevie and Fleetwood Mac recorded full shows for the first time for the respective HBO specials in 1981 and 1982.
I only know that, confronting it with an audience recording of the whole show, we miss from that date the last part of the concert, meaning Stop draggin' my heart around, Edge of seventeen and Rhiannon. It would be strange to record all the show but three track but everything's possible. However I would settle for the tracks we have but in high video quality; Stevie was utterly beautiful during that concert.

which concert video are you referring to here, I'm confused. Stop Draggin', Edge and Rhiannon are all on the HBO show from 1981

I have been patiently (sort of) waiting for a deluxe reissue since Bella Donna hit the 30th aniversary mark back in 2011...

Rock a little seems like it would make the best deluxe set. But I guess it's somewhat poorer sales might prevent that. Bella Donna is a very close second tho.

I guess box sets would be OK, I might or might not buy, depending. I would much prefer new music than reliving the early 1980's in an endless loop.
