That's my psychological evaluation though, not that it means anything.
I like this. It's not that far fetched.

I agree, the logic is grounded and makes sense...

I just wish they'd HURRY UP, or at least give us a hint of when (if) a new album will ever be released.

With all the badgering from the fans .I figure they "No name dropping here "would get the darn bloody project over and done with.By now if I was them I would be fed up with the nagging from with fans and the press on my back 24/7 about it.It must be tiring.

After its said and done.I can see the threads on here about the negative and positive feelings about it.

Yeah...

Lets send some Hippy, witchy vibes to you know who...to say the time is right to put some grooves down...

Or, we could remind her this Album might make some money...that should do the trick.

I think she feels insecure that her songwriting talents have faded badly, while Chris and Lindsey seem to breezily just write and work well together. Therefore whatever she brings to the team will be old demos or Dave Stewart melodies. She is likely also hyperconscious of how she will therefore be compared to them when a project does eventually come out. Plus, she may be insisting on a disproportionate share of any credit or profit that might come from a new album, causing the others to push back. This is likely the last hurrah. And she is both scared of it and eager to expoit it.

What is there is she to write about.Maybe she can do a cover to get it over with.I'll be fine with that.Linda Ronstadt and others made a great living just singing covers and hit number one many times with them.FM hit no 1 with Dreams only.

Absolutely, she's been the best seller of the three but not necessarily the most talented. I think they all have superpowers and when they put them together, this amazing thing happens. You can hear the magic when Chris and Lindsey work together.

I don't think she trusts that as much because she's in her head about Lindsey and not in her muse. She needs to trust what's good about her. I liked some of her SYW work. She needn't be scared, just get out of that inflated head of yours and activate that superpower!

You're probably right. But still, how much effort does it take to hand in three pianodemo's, and let Linds And Chris fool around with it, plan three weeks village recorder and enhance her voice on the LB/CM songs and finish those of her.

did that same reasoning apply back in 2009, 2010, 2012 and 2014, or it just started now?

that's a lot of endings - poor thing she must be constantly living in fear!

i guess all we can do is wait until April to see if Christine's vague timeline holds true. I'm not all that optimistic.

Well, we know she's the most reliable when it comes to information. Go back to 2013 when she said. "I think I might like to join FMac again. " lol
