but no, actually he's not. if you stand next to him in person, when he's wearing just regular t-shirt and jeans, he's incredibly skinny. healthy-looking, but incredibly skinny, compared to other people you see on the street.

I would love to go on tour with them. I would love to be a part of their lives because I think they’re the best of the best to come along in a long, long time. I think they’re going to be a major force in rock and roll.”

REALLY? You want to make a freaking record with F'in Haim but not FM the one's who made you famous? What an ungrateful....
maybe that will solve all FM album problems - she will cut all the ties with FM, and record with other artists, and the band can finally put that almost-finished album out without her?

on the other hand, this reminds me why i am so pi**ed about LB losing precious time in his life - and his highly creative, prolific, and productive phase - waiting on her. he should be putting out solo albums. he should be collaborating with all these people and band who respect him so much and so want to collaborate with him.

Do you really think that would ever happen? Until FM decides that cash is no longer king the never changing and never ending "cash grab Rumours rehash oldies tour" will continue and nothing will ever change.

As far as S&L go yes they should be doing something-anything more productive than "cash grab" tours.

This is for everybody. If you dont want to keep hearing the stale moldy setlists .Don't freaking go to the shows.FM nor nobody else says its mandatory to go see FM on tour.FM themselves did not say you better come see us or else.

Whatever S and L does is none of my business.I think they are having fun. As long S and L and the rest of band are healthy and happy at the shows and play beautiful music that I enjoyed most of my life thats all I are.Thank god they are still touring.

Sorry about being cold.

Well, that's the problem. They are a baby boomer band. All us hardcore fans, EVEN IF WE DIDN'T GO, there are too many people who will shell out $500-1000 for a seat. That sucks, but that's what's on our plates.

Their LEGACY is too popular, and everyone wants to relive their childhood. That's why tours are more important than art. Art doesn't buy more vacation houses.

I don't think Stevie owes the band another album, nor do I think she owes them any gratitude at this point. The only thing she owes them is an answer as to whether she will or will not record with them and if she has any future plans with them.

I'm a big fan of them doing this tour right now. At the very minimum, we've at least gotten to see the classic Mac one more time. Given their ages, recent health issues, and the uncertainty of the band's future, they would've been fools to not take advantage of this golden opportunity at this moment in time. They could've done the album right away, but who knows how long it would have taken to finish by the time all of the contracts are finished?

All of that being said, I fully believe there will be more in the future. Christine didn't come out of retirement just to go back into retirement, she didn't come out of retirement just to do more oldies tours, and she didn't come out of retirement to make dueling solo albums with Lindsey. She came back to make new Fleetwood Mac music. This is why if Stevie isn't going to record with them I think they will have to part ways, but I still think Stevie will ultimately record with them.

Yes I agree .If we quit ,They will still go on.Alot of concert goers enjoy their music.

If they rely on us diehard fans only going to their shows .They will be broke in no time.

Well, they will never be broke(except, OF COURSE, Mick! ), but it's all about ego now. Just selling out venues. I can't say that I blame them(given the status of selling songs now), BUT, wouldn't it be nice to go out as an artist?

I do hope that Stevie records again, but if she drags her feet too long...chop her off at her Frankenboks!

Same story at the meet 'n greet tonight: Not sure if it's going to happen. They're so busy touring anyway it'll be some time before it can happen. Mick thinks that since Lindsey/Christine's stuff is already done it's not that big of a sell to just finish something up. Very indirect about the answer when asked. We'll see.

I would have never expected more of an answer out of him.

It was pretty specific before, now it's vague.

Sounds like Mick is going backwards... Give things a couple more months and Mick will be saying they have a new song or two ready for the next "Greatest Hits" re-issue...
