How cool is it to have an Aunt Carmel?

didn't Carmel pass away? I seem to recall her talking about it previously on the Today show, behind the scenes Q&A

I can vaguely remember that, but I'm not sure. I'd like to know what Aunt Carmel was/is like. Hey Stevie, any fond remembrances of Aunt Carmel you'd like to share? The elders are treasure troves of stories that are sometimes never uncovered, unless you ask.

I'm also remembering there's a dedication to her on an album….. IYD maybe? Her dad and Carmel…?

Fleetwood Mac live show at The Palace of Auburn Hills Detroit

The Examiner

Fleetwood Mac performed all their greatest hits during a two and a half hour set, with no opening band. It was a night filled with magical songs and mystical lighting. Fans were delighted to see the return of Christine McVie, the original keyboardist from 1970. She has had a 16 year absence from the band, but has returned, and now the band is complete for the On With the Show 2014-2015 Tour.

There were many highlights of the show, one being when Stevie Nicks sang "Gold Dust Woman", emerging on stage with a gorgeous gold beaded shawl. She sounded amazing! The background video screen was filled with images of gold glitter falling down and really set an magical mood to the stage.

Stevie Nicks dedicated "Landslide" to Detroit's own Kid Rock, saying, "He's like the lil' son I never had." After the song, Kid Rock ran out on stage, hugged and kissed Stevie Nicks on the cheek. This brought the crowd to their feet once more and everyone remained standing the rest of the show.

Another highlight was Lindsey Buckinghams guitar solo. This guy plays with such passion and emotion, he is truly talented beyond words. And let's not forget to mention Drummer Mick Fleetwood. He is a powerhouse on the drums, and ran out across the stage in his signature Lederhosen pants. Mick Fleetwoods style has always been over the top and comparable to the beautiful Stevie Nicks and her goddess inspired fashions. Everyone looked and sounded fantastic! It was a great night filled with hit after hit song, goosebumps, and happy tears.
