I would think they would offer both versions of the CD by themselves. Earlier this year, Rosanne Cash had a regular and a deluxe version of her new THE RIVER & THE THREAD....the standard came in a regular jewel case, while the deluxe had a much nicer package, with comments on each song, plus three bonus tracks. I'm thinking/hoping this is what will eventually be available for Stevie as well!

Hmm, so it's safe to assume retail outlets will carry physical CD's then. I was starting worry this was going to be a digital album only (with the exception of the official website bundles). As we all know, Stevie fans typically demand physical products vs downloads.

I was beginning to wonder that too. I thought if they did that I might regret spending over $100, but I don't.

Another day later.....still no email, and no promised response from the Help Desk.

They're probably still busy fighting off Rupert Murdoch battle drones. LOL.

Just got the emails, along with a note from the Help Desk saying that they re-sent them. Who knows where the first ones went?

Meanwhile, I hope Phil is making progress with his issue.

Hi Mike, no confirmation email for me as yet (and nothing in spam either), but I wrote to the Customer Care section last night so hopefully I'll receive a response soon. Thank you for your help.

Best of luck to you, Phil! I hope it's all resolved for you very soon.

It's a shame that, anytime these Warner Bros special edition pre-orders come around, there are always several fans who encounter issues and headaches. For a major company, you'd think they'd be able to handle any volume of orders without these glitches.

Funny I haven't had time to check til now but I haven't gotten an email confirmation either.

Where did you get the confirmation numbers? Off the screen when your order went through?

Looks like I may have to contact them too.

Based on my experience, I would say your order went through.....some emails seem to be getting lost in cyberspace, though.

I finally received a confirmation email from Warner Bros. this morning - more than three days after I placed the order. I assumed everything had gone through okay, but it's reassuring to definitely know everything is in order.
Thanks again for everyone's assistance.
