Just a quick question-what is on the back of Stevie's left shoulder in that studio photo?Maybe a scar or birthmark or just the lighting?Did anyone else notice it or am I just an over-looker?

I think it is just a little hollow spot on her shoulder. Like a dimple.

It might be the small pox vaccination scar. Almost everyone over 50 has one, although most are a little smaller than what this looks like. Could look larger because of the lighting on it though. Just a guess.
