this show was either June 8th OR 9th 86
one of these shows is already out there in the universe but i don't have time to check if it's the same one.

ETA: here's

Outside the Rain http://www.mediafire.com/listen/0ona...e_the_rain.mp3

which I have labelled June 8 or 9th.
I'm sure they were posted here ages ago. But this show is not in the RAL live recordings thread from years ago.

ETA 2: there's video here too:

Thank you for posting these (and for all the downloads). I would (kindly) express a different opinion on quality though. I would say: audio C & video D. Not trying to be a d*ck(4 real!)....jmho. Thanks, Ricoh

Thank you for posting the audio and video from this concert. I can say with 100% certainty that this show was the 6-9-86 (rain date) show, that was originally scheduled for 6-7-86. I know this because I was at both shows. The ticket stub in the middle of the picture was my first Stevie show ever, that date was 6-8-86, we had floor seats, and it was amazing. I absolutely had to go again. So the next day, we purchased tickets ( not floor seats, unfortunately )for the rain date show, which is the first ticket stub in the picture, and shows the rain date as 6-9-1986. Stevie says at the end of EO17, " this is your rain date ". The last stub in the picture is just my ticket stub from Stevie at Madison Square Garden, 8-5-86. I have audio from that concert, which I'm grateful for, but to my knowledge there isn't any video footage from that show. Anyway hope this clears up confusion about the date. Thanks again.

Thanks for the great info and ticket stub scans! I love hearing info like this about shows as it adds something to them when going back and listening to them and can explain the things she says like "this is your rain date".

This is definitely not a newly surfaced show. This particular recording might be new (the taper of this version may have just released his/her tapes) but the show itself has been in circulation for a while. I have two different copies of this show on the hard drive at the moment. The sound quality of the shows is different (to my ears, one is a strong B and the other a B-/C+). The cleaner sounding of the two has Outside the Rain and the poorer is missing that track. On the discs these were ripped from, they were dated as "6-8-86" and "6-9-86" but they are definitely the same show as Stevie does say "this is your rain date" and talks about stuffed animals after Edge of Seventeen on both. Once I'm able to get this video and audio downloaded (I've got a bad thunderstorm outside at the moment and my Internet is dropping like mad on me), I'll compare it to what I have. If what I have is an upgrade to this I'll get it posted here. I must have overlooked these when I posted the RAL shows in the other thread as I've already upped both of them to my mediafire account.

For those who torrent and want a lossless copy of this show, the complete show including Peter Frampton's set has been up at Thrown Down since 2010: http://lvps87-230-78-245.dedicated.h...ils.php?id=943

I'm looking forward to seeing the video as I really enjoyed the wild RAL shows. Hearing it is one thing but seeing it is priceless.

Edited to Add: http://www.mediafire.com/download/5d...te-Better).rar
I don't know that the quality is any better but this copy has the encore break and a cut version of Rhiannon (3:57) at the end.

Your welcome. I never knew there was audio of Peter Frampton's set. I don't know how to do the torrent thing, so that will have to live on in my ( sometimes foggy ) memory.

I've got it in utorrent to download and have sent a re-seed request. If I ever get it downloaded, I'll post it. This version has the full Rhiannon and HAEWAFY!

Not to confused you guys .I have her Jones Beach 1991 show on VHS here which I got ages ago for $25 bucks from the Goldmine record collectors magazine and I think its already floating on YT from somebody elses copy.

I think I was at this show.

I have to pull it out and check it and see if it still plays.
