Without You was great! I was never a fan of the demo but this live version is great!
Did I hear an acoustic guitar playing during SOTM, if so, kill it. It waters the song down.

Stevie only sang a line of it in one of the interviews, but what she sang had nothing of the tempo we hear in the actual song. I thought it would be a slow song. I thought it might even be about her mother's death. And then when she sang that line, it sounded rather somber in keeping with the assumptions I'd been forming.

As I learned with Everybody Loves You, you can't tell anything by a song snippet, especially since the snippet Stevie gave us was acapella. But, to me, nothing I heard of the song or about it presaged an upbeat number was coming.

I just wish it had been released before the concert so we would know the words and they could have seen the audience singing along.

I guess I missed that interview and I don't remember exactly what was said in the interviews I did read, but I was expecting an upbeat number. I'd have to go look through the interviews to understand why I came to that conclusion. The other song "Miss Fantasy" too. I was under the impression that both were uptempo.

And I agree. They definitely should've released the song before the tour started.

Errr..thanks? No really, was it like 20 after 8?

Also, does anyone else out there love World Turning (that crazy remix with those Lindsey-esque quirks?) I LOVE that! Was this the WT from the SYW tour...or better yet from Lindsey's solo tours in 07-08?

I think for the next tour (if there is one) they should keep this idea of "celebrating an album" in 3 to 4 songs and do a section for Mirage....It's obvious they'd cram Gypsy and Eyes in there but what other two would we get? That's Alright? Oh Diane? Straight Back?

Did Mick do that awful "solo" of his in the middle that usually kills it and makes it drag on?

Lindsey would do a version of that "on the ground" remix, with Brett controlling the dubbed vocals on his solo tour. I liked it when Lindsey stood up at that point from his dark corner of the stage and started mouthing the words to the sound of his own voice singing.

I saw a few of those solo tours, but don't recall him getting up and mouthing those words...i woulda died! Something about that part gets me SO AMPED UP!! But the SYW remix had some weird thing in it that sounded like Lindsey's voice, saying "world turning" over and over, or was that not him? Anyway what kind did you guys get in Colomus!!??

I mean we got freaking WITHOUT YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A freaking Buckingham Nicks demo!!!!!!!!!!! How can you say they are not being bold when they're doing a song like that?!

And I, for one, would be extremely disappointed if I didn't hear the awesomeness that is "I'm So Afraid."
Amen!
