The Mediterranean Diet
LEDGIES!!!
How is everyone? Though I haven't been posting as much as I have in the past, I've still kept up with you folks. Hope all is well!!  Wanted to see if any of you all followed the Mediterranean Diet. I'm thinking about a lifestyle change and looking into the Mediterranean Diet. I do enjoy cooking, but am not the most organized person, so I really need to plan out what all it is I need from the grocery to follow through with this. Any of you all partake in the Mediterranean Diet? If so, any good cookbooks to recommend, as I would LOVE to get one!! Much Love, Ethan
