I have been a die hard Fleetwood Mac fan since I first heard Silver Springs from the Dance on the radio (I am 30). I then bought everything the band and Stevie ever recorded. I first saw them live on the Say You Will Tour and then Stevie solo for the Crystal Visons tour. So this tour I am determined to sit front row. I need some pointers about how to obtain these seats. Any tips on how to score the front? How much Should I start saving?

Myself, I prefer to get around 5th row. I find the sound just isn't that good when you are sitting forward of most of the speakers. Good Luck! ps. Also check your local craigslist for people that may not be able to attend the show just unloading their tickets. |

The "bad credit card transaction" is a myth. There are instances when tickets go back into the system, i.e. you get a supervisor willing to listen to your tale of woe of why you need your money back, or somehow someone bought tickets on a stolen credit card and the cardholder caught the charge.
In the internet era, TM does not release tickets unless all the information is verified at point of sale. If you don't have sufficient funds, you can't buy...plain and simple. |

A lot of people suggest waiting until the week of the show to buy tickets and many have claimed they have gotten amazing seats by doing this. I haven't had the same luck. In 2011 I decided I was definitely seeing Stevie in the Woodlands and if I could get great seats to the Dallas show I would go to both. I bought my Houston tickets when I got the money and got 16th row and then I kept looking at the Dallas tickets and never got any tickets in the first ten rows so I just didn't go to that show. This year however I was hellbent on getting great seats so I waited for the tickets to go on sale for Heart and Soul and I bought them right when they opened up. I chose "best available" and got awful seats, so I refreshed the page and tried again and got yet another set of awful seats. So I tried for a third time and BAM, 2nd row! So my advice is to buy right when they go on sale and definitely take advantage of the presale if there is one. Also, remember that "best available" has to do with price and not actual location. Higher priced tickets are considered "better" but if you choose "best available" it just means it will give you the highest priced tickets. If there are seats available in row 1 and row 20, but they are both $89.99 a seat, the system may give you row 20 seats even tho closer ones are available. So just remember, if you get seats you don't like, don't settle for them! Try, try again!

I'm so glad you started this thread! Great pointers! I've never been able to see Fleetwood Mac perform. Maybe, at least I hope, they will tour again once more after next year, but I wouldn't want to take that chance. I'd love to be within the first 5 rows. I think that after seeing Lindsey solo in the second row I've been spoiled. I've had pretty decent seats for Stevie solo, but always further back than row 10. I joke with family and friends that I'll eat pasta for months just to afford front row seats haha, but I'm actually quite serious lol.
Whoever is in charge of their website obviously doesn't keep up with it, but does anyone know if that would be the first place to look when ticket sales begin? I can't recall when they were announced, and how, for the Unleashed tour.
