I really like your list but I would have For What Its Worth and Gold & Braid in replace of Rose Garden and IYD

mitzo · #5 09-12-2012, 06:03 AM

Somewhere I would put Maybe Love Will Change Your Mind, and Love Is. The album version.

Travis · #6 09-12-2012, 06:38 AM

What is your purpose for picking 30 songs? Are you making a compilation for a friend?

Ashley · #7 09-12-2012, 09:25 AM

Nice song selection, but maybe somewhere in there, I would add Blue Lamp and Blue Denim.

WildHearted · #8 09-12-2012, 09:32 AM

I'd also switch out Every Day for Sorcerer, replace Italian Summer with FWIW, and replace take out Everybody Loves You with Bella Donna.

I always hated it. Tom Pettyish low rent stuff unworthy of a goddess.

jcalzaretta · #13 09-13-2012, 09:13 PM

I feel Sleeping Angel should be the Soundtrack representation

I came up with a similar list a while back, I was inspired by a recent Elvis comp called "We Are Elvis Fans". I excluded Stevie's work with Fleetwood Mac, but did include Buckingham Nicks material, in roughly chronological order here is what I came up with:

1) Frozen Love
2) Crying In The Night
3) Bella Donna
4) Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around
5) Edge Of Seventeen (with Melbourne Symphony)
6) Leather & Lace
7) Outside The Rain
8) Gold & Braid (live)
9) Blue Lamp
10) Sleeping Angel
11) Wild Heart
12) Nothing Ever Changes
13) Nightbird
14) Talk To Me
15) Has Anyone Ever Written Anything For You
16) Battle Of The Dragon
17) Mirror Mirror
18) Blue Denim
19) Bombay Sapphires
20) Somebody Stand By Me
21) If You Ever Did Believe
22) Stand Back (KFOG Live)
23) How Still My Love (Soundstage Sessions)
24) Beauty & The Beast (Soundstage Sessions)
25) Gold Dust Woman (Soundstage Sessions)
26) For What It’s Worth
27) Moonlight (A Vampire’s Dream)
28) Annabel Lee
29) Italian Summer
30) Soldiers Angel
