I was in section C, row 6 and it wasn't terrible, but if you didn't have section B you had somewhat partially obstructed view it seemed. I saw there was a section too my left that like you said looked like left field, I could only imagine how the view was from there. I would've been pissed.

Security it seemed was more concerned about people who brought umbrellas LOL...they were telling people to take them back to the car of if they saw them in line, they asked a few people to check them near the stage and collect them when they left. Security came up to the guy in front of me who had one and he said about. Someone then mentioned cameras to him and my ears perked up because I had my with and was curious how they were (on the website, it says no cameras allowed). He said if they see someone hold it up in the air for a few seconds and it goes down, no big deal, but if it stays up and their recording then we tell them to stop. So when Stevie came out you should've seen all those cameras! LOL.

I took ALOT of photos and rather than post them all, here's the link to the public version of my FB album...enjoy!!

Actually, I was in your section, up at the front, but I imagine just being a few rows back you might have had a slightly better view. Once i saw the stage and knew the edge walk was out, i said, darn, we could have saved a ton and gone for like 15th row center. All i was able to see was speakers, Stevie, and the right part of the stage. We kept trying to inch up a bit but the security people would go crazy. It wasn't like we were trying to sneak into Section B, we were just congregating in 2-3 rows in front of the first 3-4 seats in our own row. Ugh, never going back there again. And you are right, there was other sections 50-60 ft over further from us. So as bad as I felt I had it, those people were really out to pasture (literally!) I just feel the seating charts misrepresented the layout big time. Well, now we know.

Hope you enjoyed the show nonetheless! She still sounded great and aside from all my frustrations with seating, I'm glad I went. It was worth it just to see her blow kisses into the mike alone.

I saw a link on FB to the local radio station near Hershey.

In the first pic you can see that GAG was on the setlist, so i'm really thinking it was cut for time.

If you then scroll to the end looks like a bunch of fans got to meet Stevie. Lucky you know whats!!!!

Edit: I didn't look yet but there's also a bunch of pics from her performance.

She is certainly embracing the little ones this time! Hmmm....may have to think about that for next time. I hope my friends won't mind if i borrow their daughter for a night.

Hah!

But seriously - it makes me sad that I'm not attending a show!

My little sister is one of the main reasons I've been even considering driving 9 hours to go to one...

She's 12 and has special needs and LOVES Stevie (she also loves Dolly Parton, too, but that's a whole 'nother story ). She would FREAK if I took her to a concert. Every time I drive her somewhere, she makes me put Stevie on and we both jam out, she knows all the words to basically everything. At night she always has me sing For What It's Worth - that's her absolute favorite.

I swear I didn't like indoctrinate her into this or anything she just loves it for some reason (I like to think it's because she inherited my superb taste for music).

Wow...and today there was a fire in the same area where we all were 2 nights. ago. From what I gather this was on the other side of the stadium next to where the star pavillion is, but we are talking maybe 200-300 yards?

Good evening blackcat... you made me meow tonight by pointing me in the direction of some Stevie Nicks' current tour live moments... I hope you enjoyed Hershey.. I wish I could have been there, too.. top hats off to the person who captured the videos. very, very nice. I just finished viewing "Landslide" and I thought what I thought Stevie said right before singing was like.. I don't know...

"consider.. that your family is not always forever.. and dig that."

at the Beacon on Monday was the first time I heard Stevie sing "Landslide" live after my father had passed..

I just get it now.

Hi Keith,
you might enjoy this restaurant near Hershey:

I appreciate what you said. Hearing the same/exact* song at different times in ones life, gives a song new meaning.

Can the child within my heart rise above?
Can I sail through the changing ocean tides?
Can I handle the seasons of my life?

hm. I don't know.

I'm glad you got to go home, but you were very missed!
love, blackcat

(*appreciating redundancy, like first/ initial feelings)
