That sounds like someone just took the studio version and decided to try and "play" with it a bit. Sounds really, really, messy and distracting to me.

I am not too sure about that... the mandolin and strings sound professional to me...

If it wasn't 240p, it would be easier to listen to...

I thought the same thing. There are plenty examples of Stevie's songs being tweaked/modified/altered by fans, some with professional production capabilities. This is likely one of them.
