This seems a bit earlier than Tusk..... between Rumours and Tusk maybe? It's funny how she always used to have a purse with her like a "regular" person and then, somewhere in and around Tusk, you never saw her with a purse at parties and such anymore (out shopping or whatever, yes..)

That's Elton! It was likely around 1980. His album at the time was called Single Man, and he was sporting a very different look, and without his signiture glasses. He's always been a bit pudgy.

It just looks like she was talking, and the shot was taken in midspeak. Hasn't everyone had photos like that -- ones capturing second of time where the facial expression looks a little strange?

Yes, everyone has had photos like that or one eye closes just as the camera clicks. As for sexy, my mind was right where the post indicated: on the idea of Stevie being sexy and it being lost on Elton.

n 1979 Elton didn't look a young boy anymore. He was even bald, the hair came later .
