Today I had a couple of realllly good toast beer sandwiches with mustard. That's what leftovers are for! I'll need something else later though,
Well the seafood plates are more like $13. I DID DO the oyster platter. Man, it was good!!! I'd never considered oysters with tarter sauce as a dip, but it was a good combo. Onion rings and a salad, too. I feel like I'm ready to pop!

Maybe we should plan a Ledgie week, in a year or so? (nah, too many of them hate country...)

What does Eggnog taste like, because I've never had the nerve to try it. The one and only time I ever ate an Egg I ended up spewing over my Dad's head (I was four at the time, lol), and I'm not eager to repeat that experience.

It's delicious, but very fattening. I wanted to buy some this year, but couldn't justify the calories....

On your Dad, do you mean a raw egg? Or you threw up a cooked egg??? Really?

Me and calories tend not to get along, so maybe I should avoid it lol.

It was a boiled Egg. Just the flavour of the egg repulsed me so much. I can't even stand to smell them cook when Mum or Dad eat them. I probably have a list as long as my arm of foods I can't stand (Though I'm working on shortening it), but Eggs have to be the absolute top of the list. Even above Brussell Sprouts, surprisingly.

I'm not a picky eater, at all(I probably couldn't list 5 things I WON'T eat), but I do think egg whites are nasty. I can eat them, but would rather not....

Deviled eggs? If I can get away with it, without being seen/questioned, I lick the yellow filling out, and throw the white part away. If there are witnesses, I ~can~ eat the white part...

Scrambled eggs? I LOVE em, except for the little white stringy thing that's in there. Makes me want to HURL! My fix? I scramble them in the blender, so the little white thing is all chopped up, and I can't see it!

Fried eggs? The white part must be completely cooked. When cooking, I usually break the yellow, and work it all around, so it's all over the white part, so I don't have to eat the white only!

I'm up for that definitely in the not too distant future!

In a year or so would be probably just right as I aim to have reached my weight target by then. More energy = more fun!

The only thing that would prevent me from arranging it is waiting around for a while to see what Fleetwood Mac or Lindsey Buckingham might be doing during this coming year. I daren't risk missing them because of other trips!

Me either - I love most everything!

And I will never say I don't like anything until I have tried it - and I will try ANYTHING! Not squeamish about anything at all.

Egg Nog is vile and gross. Wanna make it nastier? Add raisins.

Anyway, last night I had bell peppers stuffed with quinoa and black beans, baked with a nice crust of cheese and bread crumbs. Served with a side salad of spinach, kalmata olives, feta and tomatoes.

Speaking of tomatoes...I have garden fever in the worst way. Seeds? Ordered. Garden? Plotted (at least on paper). I can already taste the purple cherokee tomatoes - they are possibly the most delicious tomato I've ever had.

Brussels sprouts are amazing if cooked right. Typcially they are squishy nasty sulphuric balls of nastiness, but if only lightly steamed and served with a little malt vinegar they are actually very tasty! For Thanksgiving, I pan roasted them with bacon and chopped apples.

I will eat anything, but would rather avoid:
Most beans...I'm just not a big bean fan. Lima, especially.
Coconut...the texture freaks me out. Get that sh*t out of my damned cookies!
Chocolate...the darker, the more the dislike. Swear to god, it gives me a headache. Love white chocolate, though!

I did try frog legs (my cousin ordered them, and I ate one, just to say I had tried them).

I don't think I could eat SNAKE(okay, I KNOW I couldn't eat snake...my fear is legendary!!!). I'm not sure I could eat Rocky Mountain Oysters(cow testes)....

But everything listed above, I could eat them all, with the exception of snake.

I like frogs legs!

As for the others you list, well I'd be happy to give them a go!
