Most of the long-time Ledgies probably already have these...so this is for the newest members. This is a 8 disc set that I hope to get around to posting.

Thanks very very much indeed for these. I have been missing this compilation for years so its fabulous to finally add it to my collection. I cant thank you enough.... but thanks it is.

The aulity is very good sice there isnt as much hiss as some but the stereo versions are a crisper and louder sound but definitely excellent quality.

It reminded me that I first heard those early demos, although I no longer have a digital copy - still got an old cassette but lost loads when my hard drive went to cyber heaven...

Can anyone help with a copy of almanac?

Thank You all so much for sharing all this fabulous music!!! I had trouble getting it to download at first, but I've got it now. I had a lot of this music on cd years ago, and some of them skip terribly. I'm so happy to have this music back!!! Much Love to you all!

Almanac is cool to have, but the songs are in better quality elsewhere. For instance, "Storms", "Secret Love" and "Watch Chain" are in perfect sound on the Master Reel of the Living Room Demos 1/4-inch Tape.

Stevie's other demos on Almanac are from the Master Studio Demos Reel 01/08/1980 (lthough obviously recorded much earlier than 1980), and the live songs are all from the King Biscuit Flour Hour Radio concert, recorded in 1975, but on CD in 1988.

^^^What he said. I have Almanac but the songs are out in far better quality nowadays. The OP would be better off to hunt them down individually.
