Heart You Do or You Don't - please add in, LB

...instead of either UTS or All My Sorrows...

so - we've been discussing setlists in several threads now, both the US and UK/Ire setlists - and everybody seems to agree that You Do or You Don't would be so great to hear in this set!!

any additional pro- or contra- opinions?

also, although Treason is not bad where it is, 2 slow songs at the end kinda kill it... maybe replace Treason with one of the faster GoS songs? and maybe add Rodeo at the end, if not electric SWS .

I don't understand the love for YDOYD and DOR. I'd rather see GOS, Great Day, Wrong, Loving Cup or One Take, but most urgently: Rock Away Blind.

both YDOYD and DOR are just really pretty songs (imo of course).

i'd love to see GoS and One Take too, and seems we may actually have a chance at RAB...

but Great Day - naaah, why do you like that one so much?

Loving cup i can take or leave, so my preference with all these other great songs is to just leave it out.

I'd much rather hear One Take than Wrong.

I love lindsey's pretty songs, but I rank Bleed To Love Her, Steal Your Heart Away, Gone Too Far End of Time and Underground and When She Comes Down a lot higher than YDOYD and DOR, because i really think they are more lackluster that the one's I mentioned. Hell, I even prefer Juniper. ( didn't he do that one on his own in one of those hotelroom recordings? THAT was awesome.)

Great Day is song that's built on a very original rythmtrack and I simply like the way that song gets in gear, it takes time to go in full speed and the phases he used for getting there are stunning to my ears. Besides that, it has one of his most perfect guitarsolo's ever.

see, out of the ones you listed i'd rank only BTLH, GTF and Underground as pretty. EOT is way too sugary (musically, i like the words) for my taste. WSCD - interesting, yes (almost a bit like classical music? or religious sounding experience?), pretty - i don't know although i've seen it characterized as such. juniper? noooooo. but yeah, it was nice in one of those hotel recordings, rodeo was even nicer

i don't mind the sounds of verses and of course the guitar solo of Great Day, but it's just not enough to save the song for me (sorry WB ).

I love YDOYD, it's one of the best songs on OOTC for me. I love the way he hums "Theme From a Summer Place" at the end of it, pretty cool.

Yeah, YDOYD would be amazing. it's a constant amazement which songs from the Cradle get played live, this time I think we get "Sorrows" and "Turn it On" only. In a perfect world I'd trade both of those, although I'm going to love those two anyway.

YDOYD and Countdown, maybe, or who knows. I don't want to hear Rodeo, and I'm surprised Lindsey's not playing anything from the second half of the album other than "End of Time". One Take, Rock Away Blind, etc.. ?
