Lindsey, for sure. I had a boy I'd fallen in love with back in my 20's. We had an intense friendship and a great emotional love for each other, but he was straight and we could never be together. And even after he moved away I pined for him, I compared every other guy I dated to him, and I wrote endless songs and poems about him. He was my muse. And for this reason I totally get Stevie and Lindsey. Why they can be on that stage and look at each other that way. Why so many of her songs have him in there, even when the song isn't specifically about him. And why, all these years later, she still talks about him in interviews as if there might still be a chance, even though they both know there probably won't be. Some things never fade.

Yeah I'd go with this as well. Kudos for a creative response!

Lindsey, Jimmy, Tom, Robin, Coke... I love Sheryl, but I'm not sure that they work well together professionally.

Yeah, I'm ambivalent towards Stevie & Sheryl's work together 13 years on as well. During the TISL era it was refreshing, and Stevie was so thrilled to be working with a female producer/musician she respected after feeling she'd been suppressed & diluted by her former male producers. But in retrospect, the 2 only Stevie & Sheryl collaborations I faithfully love are "If You Ever Did Believe" & "Candlebright". But I think it's very cool they're friends.

Which brings me to my current favorite Stevie relationship: Dave Stewart! In Dave, Stevie finally found a virtuoso musician/producer/artist who understood Stevie's unique strengths, eccentricities and LOVED everything about them and her . Allowing Stevie to let her guard down ("put your ego on the mantle") to write and create an impressively diverse & mature record that is among her BEST ever!!!!

Ongoing favorite relationships: Lindsey & Tom...Ahhhh.. forever ♥. Jimmy, while they were good. And who could leave out Waddy, Sharon & Lori - practically the last 3 standing musketeers from Bella Donna - The Beginning

Lindsey, of COURSE! But Waddy is a good one too, he's been there the whole time, even since Buckingham Nicks. I stumbled across this video last night. It's not the best technical performance, but it sure is entertaining!

I have to admit that I am endlessly fascinated by her improbable connection with Prince. They would have made the cutest little (and I mean little) couple. They could borrow each others outfits. And I love the stories about how they played basketball, how he drove her around in his purple car, how she fell asleep on his kitchen floor, etc. He is such an enigma. She is such an enigma. Together they would go by the symbol "?"

SOBRIETY

It's in the world's best interest to have a healthy, productive, magical, sober Stevie Nicks living in it.

I asked before, but I don't think anyone answered: why do people think she was wasted? She didn't seem like she was slurring words, she made just as much sense as she usually does, etc. I don't get it!

The rain.

It's in more than a quarter of her songs, has never called her a "road ****" or kicked her in a drunken rage, and has left her moist again and again, without any regrets or hard feelings.
