I think she (or Dave) mentioned it was very windy on this shoot

Am I the only one who got a little twinge of deja vu when she's singing as her makeup is being put on? I wonder if this was a little nod to fans who keep going on about the infamous Wild Heart clip.

Beautiful! Better than the Secret Love video.

When the video began, I thought, "Excellent - this is going to shape out just how I pictured it to be. Bus through the desert....Stevie, beautifully wind-kissed in the sand...slow and breezy." And it was all of those things. But it reminded me quite a bit in parts of the Cheaper Than Free video, and not necessarily in a good way. Too documentary in style with the faux-flirting going on between Stevie and Dave. For the casual viewer, it looks like the "great romance" is a real and tangible thing between the two of them. And I cringed when I saw her "door banging" for a second time towards the end. I'm tired of the door banging! I know the hand gestures have become part of Stevie's quirky thing onstage now, and it's endearing - I just don't think that this touching song warrants charades. I've felt that way since I first saw her do it live.

Just my opinion, and I'm nitpicking. But the rest of the video is everything it should be.

Thanks so much for posting! And above all else, I'm just absolutely thrilled that we have another video!

Last night in Chicago Stevie said that there were 40 mph winds when they were filming this.

Breathtaking shots. Stevie, her niece, Dave, Mike, the desert, a bus, guitars, chiffon, top hat. What's not to love? This might quickly become my favorite video of hers.

I think because Perez was given the rights for the exclusive premiere of the video for today. By tomorrow it should be on her Youtube and website.

The video is stunning! It also looks like her relationship with Jessi is in a great place...she's beautiful!

Love it! Thanks for posting. Glad she has Perez in her corner (at least, for now).

I love seeing her with a guitar. It's such a weird novelty to me.

Yeah, I think Stevie and her peeps are f**king with our minds a little
Those scenes of Jessica applying make-up while Stevie is singing & smiling away is all the confirmation I need that Stevie is winking at us in acknowledgment of her infamous YouTube clips.

This is how the SL vid was unveiled, first on Spinner, then a couple days later via her Facebook & YouTube pages. I expect between later today and Friday her official pages will be updated.

I agree. Much much better!! I never really cared for the SL vid I never liked the harsh lighting on Stevie, the awkward moves and jarring edits. This is simple and gorgeous. A happy & reflective Stevie & her highwaymen.

Love it! I can't believe no one's mentioned "tiny, gold dust, fairy Stevie" around the 2:10 mark - that's my favorite part!
