http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ae84UpT0t5s Recording at night and recording live music are two of the things that our Kodak Easy Share does poorly, thus the crappy video.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HG6ffWxJkUI I am thrilled that Stevie is doing Leather and Lace this tour. I have never seen her do it live.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QRgAMNVpFJk LauraTN recorded this at the edge of the stage. She did not know it was part of Stevie's set.

My favorite part on Love Is was her face when she sang, "Am I happy now? Yes, I am." Her face lit up with the greatest smile.

Is that all correct or am I misunderstanding you?
I was thinking the same thing....the only difference though is that I saw what actually happened. I was in the 4th row, wanted very badly to go up for the edge walk BUT I wasn't going to cause a distraction to get up there (also I froze cause I was in shock about being that close to my Stevie). I don't think Stevie would have wanted me to be annoying and irritate other folks just to get up near her. No, I wasn't going to do that. The guy arguing about his seat was basically making the arguement that his seats were closer and why should someone who had seats further back get to come up to the stage over folks who had closer seats. I agree that the security guy was a total jerk about letting folks up there...but rules is rules. To the girls who kept trying to get to the stage - no offense, but when 2 or 3 security people tell you to go sit down - DO IT! We, as in the folks on my row, just though yall were drunk... the other thing was, this didn't go on only during Edge...it started several songs before and happened several times!

Anyways, don't jump my little ledgie butt, lord knows I've acted silly to get what I wanted...but this was the ONLY complaint I have about the whole show.

Ahhh, now that I have that off my chest, let's get back to the Stevie loving posts.....

Well I can assure you I was not drunk. Who can afford more than 1 $11 Yuengling?! That was all I had and that sample of free wine. I don't drink at Stevie shows cause I want to remember it the next day.
When I sat down before Michael Grimm started I asked him about Edge walk and when he didn't know what I was talking about I explained it to him. He said he would ask his boss but obviously he didn't and couldn't be bothered I guess.
Hey here is an idea....want to have less security and not have to watch everybody like a hawk...No Booze! Because I'm sure that is what they were thinking too that I had too much to drink and just wanted to be a pest.
The lack of communication is what irritates me. If you are going to continue with the Edge Walk then Stevie's camp needs to let venue security or whoever know.
Sorry I have balls and some smart ass security guard doesn't intimidate me or some aging hippie who is too tired to stand and wants to be a little bitch.
From now on I think she should do General Admission. People get so f**king touchy at these shows. Oh and I guess I'm supposed to sit the whole time because I'm 5'10" also? !

That was a great part! And your pic of the almost mic fall is priceless! I was thinking she had that reaction because she was afraid it was going to wack someone in the audience on the head. It just reminded me of a total "mother" reaction. We really are her "children"!
