Has Anyone Heard The Story About....

I switched from Geico because of their customer service...I was very happy with them until I called to ask them a 'hypothetical question' about my insurance and the guy was an assh*le and started to change my policy while I was on the phone, I said "don't change anything, I am just asking hypothetical questions" He said, "m'am there are no hypothetical questions and basically you are admitting that you have cars in more than one state so therefore I must change your policy accordingly" I was like "whoooa, dude, I was just asking a question, I didn't admit to anything!!!"...he said, well your new rate is "$600 more a year" I said "Oh F*ck you!!" and I switched to another insurance agency within 10 minutes and paid less than Geico was initially charging me.

Now of course, I did call Geico customer service to complain about that assh*le and let them know why I was cancelling my insurance. They basically sided with him and said if you have more than one home then most likely your cars are in more than one state. My response was the basically same "F*ck you people!".
