OOTC is not even his best solo album for many months fans.

In my opinion, OOTC was an instant classic and much better than anything the Mac was releasing without him. Such a shame he delayed so long in putting it out. The album was released just as the grunge era was emerging and didn't have the impact it might have had if it had been put out a couple of years earlier.

I think you’re absolutely right. FM desperately needs to change the dialogue from the scandal of firing Lindsey. Probably the only way to derail the negative publicity is to give everyone something different to talk about- new music. I also agree Lindsey’s plans have likely been derailed, too.
