Hi - I don’t think popups are the reason this board is dead and sucks. I think the main reason is that nearly every thread turns into obnoxious misogynistic backslapping posts between a couple of guys about Stevie. I came to the board last year interested in intelligent discussion about my favorite band but quickly saw no need to waste time on such a pathetic board. Meaningful criticism and debate about the band and its members would be fine but that’s not what exists here.

That’s a nice opinion. That’s how the Ledge has been since I started in 1997. Let’s not forget the Black Ledge incident of 1998.

But that is not why people can’t get on and had not been able to get on for three or four months. Traffic dropped considerably.
