Live performances requests to make an ultimate FM collection

I am trying to make an ultimate FM and Stevie live compilation including all the tours they ever done. I lost most of my collection years ago which was practically everything they ever done available to us. If anyone is willing to share, I would love to get my hands on the fallowing tracks in the best possible quality:

SOTM - Mirage Video
GDW - The Dance
GDW - live in Philadelphia 1977 (I have this one, but the quality is terrible, and its my favorite performance of this song EVER)
RTTG and Destiny Rules from Columbus in 2003 in better quality
OTR, Dreams, and BATB from Melbourne in 2006 in the best quality available
Straight Back, and Smile At You from the Mirage rehearsals
The songs cut from the HBO special, later broadcasted on radio (Bella Donna, Blue Lamp, Angel, LAL)
Sand Back audio from SNL.
Early performances of The Chain you may consider BEST.
And finally, my holy grail, an ultimate rocking live performance of Isnt It Midnight brodcasted on radio in 1988 (I think). As I recall, it starts wih a loud whistle from the audience just before the song begins. Would love to have the whole show, but losing that particular performance of IIM has tortured me for years.

Any other suggestions are welcome.

Right now I am working on enhancing the quality of the audio from the Rosebud doc DVD to remove the noise, and clear the sound, and as soon as I am finished, I will share it with the rest of you. I am seeing FM live for the first time in a week after fifteen years of superfandom, and I am an inch away of going insane from excitement. Please tell me if anyone would like me to share anything from my recent collection, which is not too shabby as I've successfully retrieved a large portion of what I once had.
