Oh, interesting

When I saw it I got the impression that the interviewer had asked "How do you keep your energy up on tour?" and someone (whether it was the interviewer or one of the Macsters, not sure) said something along the lines of them doing the same thing they always did (in regards to just staying active or whatever, not sure), but it came off as implying that they are still doing cocaine & the like. Hence why Stevie was laughing and they all started going, "No, not like we used to."

You could be right. because I couldn't hear what the interviewer said in between.

I do like to see things change over time. Like with that horrid Tusk dance, Lindsey did stop swinging the cord and they got around to hugging and dancing a lot faster than they had when the tour started. Also, when I first saw SYW there was no stuff going on during Don't Stop, so by the time I saw them again and he started laying his head on her hair that really excited me. I didn't see it when it first happened. It was something that developed in my absence and it really gave me a thrill. Then, it changed more so that she was turning her back for the sole purpose of giving him access to her mane, presenting herself so to speak. That made me go, "hmmm."

So, I do get some fun out of the planned stuff, as you say. I just prefer the other.

Michele
Yeah, the Sara hug had really evolved a lot - from it not even being a hug in the beginning - just Stevie resting her hand on his shoulder a few seconds - to by the end of the tour - Lindsey not even playing guitar and wrapping both his arms around her. So, that was nice.

But, I totally agree with what you are saying. If they would stop trying to control "it" or themselves or whatever and just be more loose and natural - I think those moments are where you see their real chemistry and what makes it so special. Like Mick said, it is magic and if they can realize they don't need to try and manufacture it, then the sincerity of the live moments will be a real privilege to see.

Has she? I know she did that on the SYW tour with LB. But that's the thing - they'll use something like this that was a spontaneous, sweet moment until it becomes routine - and it's fine, it's almost inevitable, but it loses something - to the people who really are paying attention.

Then, you just have to live for the variations. Like when she would play the piano on his shoulder or when he would lean against her and she would hold him up and they would sometimes giggle.

Exactly, Michele. That is what the true fans end up doing - watching and hoping for the variations. I hope they'll be feeling up to more of those!

They actually look a bit more natural like this.

All this hand holding reminds me of the Unleashed press when she was going on about how she loved Canada because you could see lovers holding hands - in LA no one holds hands, she said. I mean, it's just hard to argue with logic like that...

Well, in the Extra interview Stevie had her hand on top of Lindsey's and then Lindsey put his hand over hers. So we're halfway to the total pile-up.
