As entertaining as it is, I would be pretty pissed to have paid money to see a performance like this from Sheryl. And Stevie wasn't really stumbling around like a drunken sailor at official shows at this point in her career. So I don't think this was actually at any kind of concert. Just Stevie and Sheryl chilling out at a club, having fun, and singing some drunken songs. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, please.

I wonder what the crowd was really thinking. Did they crack ribs from laughter? Were they wondering how these people became famous? From the cheers, they seemed to have enjoyed it, if only for the comedy gold.

this may also be one of the last performances that was done in that key. sorry, not sure what key it is offhand but she dropped down lower when she did it on the TISL tour and thereafter.
