In the wake of his split from third wife Katie Lee Joel, musician Billy Joel has put two of his homes on New York's Long Island up for sale.

The two Sagaponack homes are adjacent to one another and have been priced at $22.5 million and $12.5 million.

In related news, Joel and his current touring partner Elton John are finalists for the Billboard Touring Awards' Eventful Fan's Choice award. Others vying for the honor are Fleetwood Mac, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band and U2.
