Are these packages worth it?
Or should I just try the presales? I don't know what to do! |

I did it. I figure, why not? If it is something you want and you can afford it... WHY NOT? Lots of people, from my experience on this site, think that it is a bad idea. LOTS OF PEOPLE. Lots of HEATED discussion about it. However, I look forward to my M&G and my concert. I love a laminate, lol. I really love that I don't have to stand outside and wait with a bunch of people in the cold. Ya know? That and you will have a good seat. It may not be front row, but it will be something. Spend your money however you like, but I don't think I would be this excited if it were not for my 5* M&G package from ILAA!!! "I can't wait- I can't wait!"

Well, it really depends on how much money you are budgeting. No, let me take that back. If you are budgeting money at all, don't do it.
If you have money to burn, consider it. You are paying for a ticket without knowing the exact location of the seat until the day of concert. If you will ask the people sitting around you (and possibly in FRONT of you) what they paid, you will be very surprised to know that most of them, in all probability, will have paid face value for the ticket. It all depends on the extras. A laminate backstage pass? Getting in the venue an hour early? Meeting Mick Fleetwood (assuming you have another $200 laying around)? Maybe a tour book or something small as a souvenir? That's it. And if that's worth paying about $550 more than everyone else, go for it! |

Speaking of the meet & greet, that's a big variable right there- at least in terms of what one expects from it. If you're expecting more than a handshake, a photo, and about a dozen words total being exchanged, you're going to be disappointed.

As I stated before the only fan club or ticket package that I have ever done is Melissa Etheridge and while you don't know where you are sitting untill the day of at least you can be assured that the tickets will be good. Also I like the fact that her setlist changes from night to night so it isn't entirely a rehash

I would say if you have the money to burn, BURN IT! If you have someone, like I do, who wants you to have everything you have dreamed of- do it. I am lucky. I know that. |

You only get to meet Mick? Why not the others?
If you can't meet them all, then it's not worth it, in my opinion. |

Yeah you only get to meet Mick, but I have met Stevie and to be honest, I wouldn't want to meet Lindsey... Now, meeting John would be great!!! So meeting Mick only will be TOP NOTCH for me. Totally worth it. IMO...
