Default AMEX presale

Has anyone had success in getting decent tickets? I have been trying for 2 days for the MSG show and all I get are the crappiest seats in the house....at all price levels. I almost think I'll do better on Monday. I have yet to even pull up the first level off the floor. Any thoughts?

I've tried for several shows.
Terrible tickets.
I have been checking from time to time since but they are bad. I don't expect them to add anything good, to tell the truth. I never got anything good from an Amex presale.

Cool

AMEX presales tend to suck anymore. I could pull up floor seats for Madison Square Garden but they were in the back floor section and you have to have a platinum AMEX to get those. Here how AMEX works:

Fee AMEX Cards: FYI each card has a different customer service number and that number determines which seats you are offered.

Platinum & Centurion=best AMEX seats-sometimes in the first 5 rows but not often anymore.
Gold & Small Business=so so seats on the floor

Non-Fee AMEX Cards:
Green/Blue=forget it you do better during the general sale.

Back in the day AMEX got me great seats-not anymore.

Through some stroke of luck, I pulled up four seats in Section 2, 20th row for the Verizon Center. I almost collapsed! Usually the AMEX presale seats aren't great, but for Verizon Center it sounds like they were pretty good.

If I were you, I would just try again Monday at 10:00am

That is so cool. Congratulations! I got section 100, row N, not too bad.
I am short, so I am happy with these seats. Close enough to the stage and can see the screens if need be. I wish though that die hard fans can have the first 5 rows guaranteed. That would be so awesome.
