Lindsey high school photos!! *New*

At least I don't think anyone has seen these on the net anywhere. I won a 1965 Menlo-Atherton yearbook on Ebay last week and scanned the pictures. They are kinda grainy (

), but I did my best to clean them up.

Pic 1: The cover of the yearbook. Awww..the bear is so cute.

Pic 2: Lindsey's sophomore picture. He's listed as Lin Buckingham.

Pic 3: Lindsey's Frosh-Soph water polo picture.

Pic 4: Lindsey's Varsity Swimming picture.

I know, they are some REALLY, REALLY great pics of him. Hee! That's really sick though, he was only 15 or 16.

Here are a few of Greg, Lindsey's brother (for any newbies). He won a silver medal at the Olympics (can't remember the year right this minute). He was named cutest...awww....

He looks in very good shape. Very different from the Tusk days when he was very thin. Sure the tour was very exhausting

Anyone else think Greg was better looking than Lindsey...at least in the yearbook :P

Um...I always get this confused...I know Lindsey's dad died and Tusk is dedicated to him along with 'Wing Comander Fleetwood' but did Greg as well?

Greg did die - I think in the 80s....? I believe it was a heart attack. I always wondered if he had been given steroids during the time he was training for the Olympics. Very sad.

Greg passed away in Nov of 1990.

Wish Greg was still with us.

Greg is a couple of years older than Lindsey there, so yeah, he does look good, but Lindsey's senior picture....the HOTNESS!

Christy are there any dates on the photos? That article about Greg that I posted the link to says that Greg was at M.A. from 1959-1963 which would mean that he would have been out of there in 1965. Also, Lindsey has said that Greg was 4 years old then him so that would mean that if Lindsey was 16 in 1965 that Greg would be around 20.

Perhaps that is not THE Greg Buckingham?

It HAS to be him, right? That would be uber-weird if it's not. The only date I have is the 65 on the side of the yearbook, Pattie. I'm not sure.

If Lindsey said Greg is 4 years older, then it can't be him, I guess.
