Blame it on bad sushi. She supposedly ate some really bad sushi a couple of years ago, got incredibly sick, and had to go on a liquid diet. She said she stuck with the shake and low fat diet and that it's kept the pounds off so far. I saw her three times this past tour and homegirl is looking great.
