Default Hot summer nights by Walter Egan

Is it true that hot summer nights was related to Stevie and Lindsey?
The track was originilly released in 1979, from the album Not shy,

i don't know but that song reminds me a lot of "gold."

wasn't it released earlier than 1979? I thought it was 1978.

I remember the two albums Stevie and Lindsey did with Walter Egan.
But in my foolishness I gave away hundreds of records in the eighties.
Now I can't fiind Egan's records anywhere. I even looked in Vancouver when I was there a few weeks ago.
Could a kind soul help me out.
If so email me at [email protected]

They are still availible. Last time i "checked" ( bad habit) the album "not shy" was still for sale. Try it on the internet?
I made a hard copy to cd from the original album, it's oke but a small tick in my favourite Unloved which is very anoying.
I even saw 'm used for sale in US.

Not Shy is available on cd - Razor and Tie is the label
