Camden, NJ is just across the river from Phildadelphia. Very easy to get to. Right off of I-95.

Vianna, it literally sits on the Delaware River waterfront next to the Camden Aquarium and close to Rutgers University. It's the last exit off of 295 before the bridge into Philadelphia (if your're in NJ) and the 5th exit (Mickle Blvd) off of I-95/I-676 from the Ben Frankling Bridge.

As far as Hershey is concerned, it's about a good 2 hour drive for me (i'm about 15 minutes outside of Philadelphia) in order to get there.
