At minute 1:00, Matty Healy from The 1975 mentions Tango in the Night in reference to the 1980's influence on his band's music saying that back then, music wasn't so cynical and harsh. It was fun, but it also meant something. I have just recently been introduced to The 1975 and am enjoying hearing from the lead singer on his thoughts regarding fame, fans, music, etc. ![]()

Wow. I absolutely love The 1975 and I saw them at Glastonbury, I was right at the front. They definitely don't try to be commercial which I like and Matt is absolutely nuts which I also love. A great band that will have longevity I think.
