Default Holy Crap--Over and Over Outro--Expanded Version

Holy Crap this outro is really strong, the original fades away and lulls you, this version kinda slaps you in the face not expecting it

I love it too. If you listen to the remastered album version you can here those vocals at the very end. I like both but I love the this new version. I wonder if hey should have left those vocals mixed in more with the other version.

This is the version of Over & Over they should have put on the album, except all the over and overs at the end should have been Christine with Stevie and Lindsey singing back up harmonies like they sang it live. In this outtake it sounds like it's just Lindsey singing the over and overs and it sounds weird that he's singing it and not Christine.

Cool.
Some Mac songs sound better live and this is definitely one of them. In fact, I would say its #1 for their entire catalog that sounded better live.
I always thought the studio version sounds like Chris holding back on her vocals some. Its such a better song live for a million reasons.

I think the problem with a lot of the songs on Tusk is that Lindsey was more concerned with them sounding different than he was with them sounding good.

This version is sublime. I understand this song so much more with every live or outtake version I hear.

Christine and Lindsey did such amazing work together. I can see why he was so stoked about working with her again.

Makes me want that new album even more.

Makes me long for a Buckingham McVie duo album.

What a load of crap. Lindsey put his blood, sweat & tears into making that album the masterpiece that it is.Every nuance of every song was carefully articulated during the 13 months of recording.People seem to forget there are 4 other people in that group and try to blame every bad thing on Lindsey. As the Producer he had to be a tad bit more serious than all the others. I'm sure that meant he couldn't allow himself to be as drunk or as high and that would make him come across as an Ayatollah to some, perhaps. But when you are steering the ship it is your job to make sure you stay on course while the rest of the crew has more time to catch some rays on the deck.

What a load of crap, can you lay off with the Lindsey hate! That album wouldn't be what it is without him.

I'm not hating on Lindsey. I'm making an observation. That is how I interpret Tusk after listening through it many many times.

Btw, the "what a load of crap" comment was a little rude.
