I don't think it's fair to villainise Christine for merely wishing to retain her privacy. If she's as independent as she feels, and clearly others do too, then I doubt she had much to do with the fences being erected. As what usually happens in these kind of situations, people jump on the most notable name linked to the cause they are against and use any means to attack them. I wish they would get the message that she just wants to be left alone. I could get on a bus tomorrow and go hound the woman at her home as a squeeling fan. But I would never dream of such a thing because I respect her wishes.

Think that's bad? In one of her music videos for In The Meantime (I can't remember which song) she was riding what looked to be a mobility scooter. That really upset me

I thought she looked great on that bicycle. In fact, it made me think quite the opposite of old.
