Good question, I don't know, but I had noticed a while ago that the site was becoming very "heavy" and it took quite a while to load.

This is Peter's site. I noticed that there is a realtor ad at the top of the page. The same realtor ad appears on his Facebook page. Maybe he's in the middle of a move.
