Well... this is interesting (ebay item)

There is a signed copy of Live In Boston on ebay that was given to crew members. If you look through the photos, there are two variations of a custom insert. Boy would I love to know the backstory to this. Was a crew member salty about receiving one of Mick's stereo systems and created a parody version?
