Hey all, not sure if this is the right forum to post this, but figured I'd give it a shot. The wife and I are going to the Fleetwood Mac concert in Tampa in December. The only seats in the lower two levels are directly beside the stage. For those that have been before, or have been to a concert on the current tour, will these seats be okay, or will they be obstructed by something in the stage? Thanks in advance

The Tampa Times Forum is a great venue to see a concert. Last years tour stop in Tampa was one of the best MAC shows I've attended. If it is section 129 or 118 you refer to, those would be very good seats. If they are selling obstructed view seating in sections 228, 128, 120 or 219 I would pass. Most of those side/rear of stage seats have a view of seeing the performer from the rear. You probably wouldn't even have a view of Mick or John and be limited to seeing the backs and sides of Lindsey, Stevie and possibly Chris, unless of course you tilt your head in the direction of the screens which are above these sections to the rear and side of stage.
Perhaps try waiting for better seats closer to December 20th. Keep checking ebay and craigslist too. Good luck. |
