This may have been posted before, butt i'll ask anyway. Are there any actual lyrics to "Given Thing" or is it just some sort of unfinished track off the GOS project.
Indeed if anyone has any interpretations i would enjoy reading, by all means post them.

She did put up a disclaimer that she might not be entirely accurate, since yeah, the lyrics are barely discernible.

Thanks But the version I have sounds nothing like a match to any of the above lyrics.
Attached Below is the only version of Given Thing I have and you should really check it out to make sure im not going nuts. I cant make out one word apart from "its a given thing"

Ahhh now thats much more like it, dunno how you worked it out but surely its a hell of a lot closer than Nancy's Version. Which makes me now think does she have a different version of Given thing that shes willing to share.

I have two different versions of Given Thing. One is the shorter version, of which Lori posted the lyrics above, the other is a longer version (3:23) and that one matches Nancy's lyrics.

I can upload the longer one for you, but it's a 23 mb FLAC file... don't know if you're interested.

Yeah, that sounds more like it. Actually, I'd really like to hear that song live.

I ADORE both demo's. I'm still torn between those versions, which differ a LOT. I lean towards the Papa hohoho papa-short version, it's a hell-of-a-party-inside-two-minutes. On the other hand the longer one is more of a SONG. Which one do you prefer and why?
