I have personally been waiting since 1987 for this! I borrowed an LP and still have that old taped copy - despite not owning a tape player any more!

true. this is what i wrote in my review of his event in NYC last nov (from 92Y convo thread):

when asked about BN album, he said that it's frankly ridiculous that they still didn't put it out; he said he can't say when they might put it out and have an "event" that their managers think they should have in order to put it out (somebody yelled - 40 years in 2013), and that he really shouldn't be saying anything b/c it will get blown up and stevie will get mad at him.
