Sorry, I put the link without watching.
It's true, youtube can't host videos from SNL because of copyright issues, I think it was someone else who posted decent versions of these videos from Vimeo or Dailymotion, maybe it was Goldduststevie?

It's most likely about a few things:

1/ They were parodying her music in the song (Rhiannon, Dreams, Gold Dust Woman, and Landslide)
2/ She's from Phoenix, Arizona
3/ She was in the middle of a comeback after she briefly retired from music due to her weight
