Default Would Sheryl Crow Have Been A Plus Or A Minus?

I was really excited when it was first announced that Sheryl might be touring with, (and maybe recording), Fleetwood Mac.....I miss the three-part harmonies, and if anyone could pull it off, it would be Sheryl.
The point is moot now, especially with it basically just being a "Greatest Hits" tour, but what do you all think? Would Sheryl have added? Detracted? Neither?

From a new materials album, she would have distracted if she would have had songs on there. For the tour, she would have distracted if she had done some of her songs. Had she just done harmonies and things of that nature, it could've been fine I think.

The worse thing about Sheryl Crow joining the mac would have been that I would have needed to go out and buy all of her solo albums to keep my collection complete. I really don't like her solo albums so this would have just annoyed me!

P.S. My wife says I'm an idiot.

I like Sheryl Crow. But, she's just not part of Fleetwood Mac, to me.
And I don't think she'd blend in seamlessly.
So I'm kind of glad she's not in it.

Imagine paying $1000 to hear "Don't Dream It's Over" instead of "Go Your Own Way"

Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.

Maybe if she had recorded some material with them as an official memebr of the band then gone out and toured I could have accepted her.
