They were all released on VHS and/or DVD. Not sure why you're incredulous about the listings.

They're musicians not movie stars. The newspaper placed them in the Movies section of the paper. These are concert performances but they are promoted as some kind of movie. After all they implied Stevie and Lindsey were married.

By definition, they are indeed movies. They are performers playing themselves in a recorded film, not unlike a documentary.

The link you posted does not represent anything that was published in the print version of the New York times- they are listings with advertising referral links (Amazon.com), not unlike IMDB.com (ex. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0123073/)
