Is It Wrong To Shove Fm Down People's Throats?

Okay, so is it wrong to shove FM/Stevie down family and friends throats when they come over for New Year's Eve or any other "party" occasion? Where do you draw the line, after you play "The Dance" and "Live in Boston" dvd and before you get the bootlegs & demo's out or when they leave early?

If it's people that don't know FM that much I play TVBoFM.

When they're quietly weeping and rocking back-and-forth in the corner, you'll know that they're almost at their limit. If they start to bleed from their eyeballs and ears, you've gone too far.

But, anything up to that point is fair game, I say. It's not a true party until *someone* cries (or something gets broken), right?

Law and Order is one of my all time favorite albums! I don't think I've ever tried to make anyone else listen to it though. I love it, front to back! It's definitely a "solo" album for me.....

Well, it's your place, you choose the music. That being said, I guess an ask to see if there are any objections makes sence. Most folks will probably be too polite to verbalize any objections..........so what am I saying, you ask? I have no idea.......gads, I wasn't very helpful.



At work, I am able to play anything I like on the radio. I still play SN/FM sparingly. Mostly because it has such a profound ettect on me that it is hard to work with it on, but I also fear I may be boring my co-workers. Another little reason, that I rarely admit to is that if I played it as often as I could, my co-workers would be worried that I may be obsessed.....which of course is true.....but they don't need to know it.

nope i do it every weekend, especially on sat. nite, that is MY nite 2 unwind & indulge in a few cocktails, & stevie/fm is in play abundantly !!!~ oh yeah baby !!!~

I had a "friend" that i usually called on Fri night, and she was all "Damn, do you watch these Stevie videos every night?"
I was like...um, no? well, maybe a little...
