Default Mick Fleetwood's Wine?

I was at a wine tasting last night and my friend Rich is a Mac Fan as well. He heard Mick had a wine out on the market--I guess it was recently mentioned in Wine Spectator Magazine. He said he felt it was pretty extraordinary for a former "raging alcoholic" to get into wine making. I said Mick's pretty much a money-grubbing ho, and he'd sell the paint of his Granny's house for a buck. Anyway--has anyone sampled this wine? I guess it's only available in California?

I'm surprised that Mick wasn't more blatent in his marketing. I would assume he would have capatilized more closely on Fleetwood Mac's name to sell his swill. Rumours Wine, maybe? Rhiwinon? Say You Wine? (I know there are better ones out there.)

I'm surprised they were not at the merch booths during the Say You Will Tour. Shocking.

Apparently no one from here. So far. Because that was my original question. Why buy some vinegary rot gut just because it's got Mick's picture on it. If it's GOOD wine it'd be a fun experience. Have some friends over, some cheese, and a glass of aged drummer.

OK, I will admit it, I bought a bottle. But I haven't opened it. I'm saving it for my next gathering of Fleetwood Mac Friends! lol Indeed that's why I bought it. I thought it'd be fun to share a glass of Mick's wine with my fellow fans.

What time can I come over? I'll bring some really, really nice cheese!! You know...the kind that's all specially individually wrapped?

i got a bottle for my birthday from a friend who's a restaurant manager at a place in socal where mick goes sometimes. it's sitting here and i've been debating whether to keep it unopened or open it and drink it. the bottle is sort of cool so i'll always keep the bottle- but i don't think i really care if it's full or not. maybe i'll have some people over tonight and drink it... and if we do, i'll be back here later to let you all know how it is

it says 75% merlot and 25% cabernet... i'm much more of a cab fan but hey, we'll see how it goes.

Hopefully it will taste good...I'd be too afraid to try it....
